Whether you enjoy the energy of a group, prefer an intimate semi-private class, or desire the one-on-one focus found in private Yoga Therapy sessions, you’ve found the right spot. Group yoga Classes

Heart of Bliss Yoga group classes are a time for self-care and connection—not for feeling judged or having to “do it right.” Each series is centered around a theme that integrates the physical movements and the meditative moments of the class into a unified experience. You’ll improve flexibility, balance, and strength—while learning how to quiet your mind. I begin class by sharing yoga philosophy as you unwind and leave the stress of your day behind. Then, I introduce slow yoga movement, helping students of all experience levels find comfort in the poses and relax. Maximum class size is 20.

Yoga Therapy

Sometimes, a group yoga class isn't the best fit. You may find other people distracting, want to set your own pace, or simply feel more comfortable in a one-on-one setting. In private yoga sessions, I provide individualized attention and meet you where you are today. Together, we’ll create practices to help you break unhelpful cycles, promote healing, and improve your sense of well-being. Location: Downing Estate, 163 Byers Road, Chester Springs, PA 19425
Step 1: Purchase a private yoga package.
Use one of the buttons below to buy a package of five or ten 75-minute private yoga sessions. After you complete your purchase, you will receive a code that allows you to schedule your sessions online in Step 2. For single sessions ($125 each), proceed directly to Step 2.
Step 2: Schedule your sessions.
Once you’ve purchased your package, use the calendar below to schedule. You can book anywhere from a single session to the number of sessions remaining on your package.
Packages: Begin by clicking the “Redeem Package” button and entering the code you received when you purchased your package. Next, schedule your sessions. To book multiple sessions, click on a date, select a time, and click, “Add a Time”. Repeat this process until you have chosen all your appointments. Then click “Continue” and follow the prompts.
Single appointment: Just click on a date, select a time, click “Continue” and follow the prompts.

Have a small group that would like to practice yoga together at one of my locations? I will custom-design a session that is personalized to the yoga expertise of your group. This is a great way to get balanced and stay flexible—all while enjoying time with your friends. Maximum class size is 8.
